Pam Bachman

Curriculum & Assessment Specialist, Educator Effectiveness Focus

Pam has been in education for the last 32 years. She has worked as a special education teacher, a literacy teacher, a regular education teacher, an instructional specialist, an assistant principal, a principal and a curriculum director in the State of Ohio. While serving as an instructional specialist in Upper Arlington, Pam created professional development at the building level and facilitated special education services. As a curriculum director for Olentangy Local Schools, she developed and delivered professional development focused on formative assessment, the common core, and literacy instruction.

Pam holds a Masters in Early Middle Childhood with a specialization in reading from Ohio State University, an Elementary Principal license (K-8) and received her B.S. from Bowling Green State University in Elementary Education.

Pam lives in Powell with her husband, Ron. The Bachmans have two adult children. Pam loves golf, traveling, and reading.
